If you are aged between 7-65 and suffer from bilateral permanent vision loss you may be eligible for a low vision assessment through your NDIS plan. Please speak to your plan manager to request Orthoptic Services.

 

Defence Veteran Affairs (DVA) / Defence Health

Covered under Eye Therapy, as other ancillary benefits

 

My Aged Care

If you are over 65 and suffer from vision impairment, please speak to your My Aged Care plan manager to request a low vision assessment by an Orthoptist

 

Private Health Insurance

Most private health insurers include Eye Therapy in their top cover policies.
